Maintaining and increasing sales performance day by day and month by month in East Kalimantan Area.
Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual and team as a whole.
Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding merchant base.
Servicing the needs of merchant
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS, accounting, HRIS, etc) is a plus.
Min 5-6 years exp as sales area / 2 years as supervisor / 1 year as area manager.
Good business sense.
Able to motivate, lead a team and work calmly under pressure.
Excellent communication, Initiative, enthusiasm & ‘people skills’.
Good planning and organizational skills.
