RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Report to Technical Sales Manager ID
• Make region specific sales targets, budgets, product strategies, implementation plans together with business unit
• Visit customers with Mill Sales Managers to review and discuss customers’ bottlenecks, painpoints, performance target generate technical solutions
• Make technical specifications and quotations to customers
• Participate in sales and contract negotiations
• Participate in marketing actions
• Participate in delivery projects and perform given tasks
• Participate and/or lead trouble shooting, analysis and customer claim handling as technical specialist
• Transfer knowledge and experience within Valmet organization and customer
• Perform according to Quality, Safety, Environmental and other company’s’ management system, policies, practices and instructions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

BASIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or paper making.
• At least 5 years’ experience working with paper machine technologies and services
• Good oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in MS office, skills in Lotus, Baan and SAP are appreciated
• Service minded and mature with good team playing and organizing skills
• Knowledge in engineering technics and interpretation to customer understanding.
• Willing to learn and expose new assignment and challenge
• Good cooperation and can-do attitude, positive attitude and good human relationship.
