Job Description: The Inside Sales Analyst will be required to establish and maintain 3M customer relationships, including driving sales growth through video & telephone connect, handling customer questions (inbound calls) and up & cross-selling, strategically aligned with Company's growth strategy. The incumbent will utilize detailed product knowledge to provide technical assistance to customers and assist them in identifying products to meet their needs. The incumbent will also be required to meet monthly set goals through sales forecast, customer interactions and data gathering & mining. The Inside Sales Analyst will team with territory sales representatives and regional sales manager to meet forecast and gain customer insights to uncover potential sales opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
  • Grow 3M business through video, telephone, and email connect with target customers
  • Drive sales and growth area identification to expand Medical Solutions Division’s (MSD) products with government hospitals (key accounts) and private hospitals (non-key accounts)
  • Achieve forecast attainment and increase e-Catalogue revenue
  • Attain set outbound/inbound call activities
  • Record all required data into data management system
  • Manage identified call activities
  • Develop and maintain relationship with customer base
  • Act as product and procedure advisor through video connect, telephone, mailing, seminars/shows etc.
  • Continue personal growth through career planning and training
Required Experience/Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
  • MSD-related / healthcare background is preferred, in order to understand customer’s needs, e-catalog processes and predict customer’s next behaviors
  • Has the connect capability by video & telephone making to customers who are interested in 3M solutions
  • Has the strategic & data-driven thinking skills to deal with challenges & set forth optimal alternatives
  • Proactive & agile responses to customer needs & requests
  • A continuous learner, who is a positive thinker and with high emotional intelligence (social competence), and has the ability to work well in a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • High level of interdependence, learning attitude, self-motivation and flexibility
