We are looking for Customer Service Manager to i mprove the customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate growth. The role will recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

What a day at work for you will look like:
You will manage the day to day customer service operations
You will analyze and improve customer experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate growth
You will implement changes in the process as the business vastly grow and new tools are available to optimize the efficiency of the team
You will hold the team accountable for their productivity and ensure the quality of the service provided by the CS team
You will provide insights based on data, be the gateway for the customers to ensure their voice is heard and the company stay relevant to the customers
You will develop and nurture the team through a focus on people development

Great communications skill
Great attention to detail
Min 7 years experience in Customer Service
Technologically savvy
Good analytical mind
Will be nice if you have experience in Startup, Banking, or Property Industry
Will be nice if you are familiar with Zendesk or other customer relationship tools
