  • Applying business development strategy to scale existing and onboard new Strategic Business Partners to support our Buyers & GMV Growth.
  • Responsible for managing relationships & driving data-driven analysis and optimization solutions to scale partner performance.
  • Coordinating operations with internal stakeholders for joint projects.
  • Keep apprised of changing market conditions, competitive landscape and new technologies.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of company partners against KPIs and delivering reports to management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or equivalent
  • Proficient command of MS Excel and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing clients and partners; persuasive interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability in using data to measure performance and make decisions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
  • Strong appetite for technical projects, innovation and automation
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude #ifnotmewho? #ifnotnowwhen?

Communication Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential in this role as well as excellent written and verbal skills.

Reasoning Ability:
  • Flexible attitude and able to adjust priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to execute on multiple projects while closely measuring the impact of each project and changing course when needed.

Mathematical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft excel
