About Our Client

Job Description

• Collaborate with Leadership stakeholders from Commercial function to pinpoint required areas of training and to strategically develop program requirements
• Undergo improvement analysis of training programs to warrant high-quality training. The Learning & Development Lead would ensure constant improvement through initiating unique, targeted training solutions pertaining to specific business function
• Leads training across Sales function and overseeing Sales Trainers activities in executing quality training programs
• Provide analytical assessments of training results- measuring the effectiveness of ongoing training programs and continuously adjust, maintain, or revamp program delivery
• Partner with senior leadership as an advisor, providing insight and strategic approach to warrant continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or relevant 8 years of experience within the scope of Learning & Development spectrum. Experience as a Sales Trainer Manager is highly preferred
• Sound knowledge of market conditions within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership skills to lead and coach team members
• Fluent English
