Purpose: To manage the end-to-end HR practices aligned with the company’s people strategy, facilitate a healthy employee relation between the organization and the employees in general including members of the labour union, and ensuring compliant to the Labour Law.
HR Manager Duties/Responsibilities:
- HR Strategic Business Partnership – functions as the people co-pilot in establishing annual people plan to be used as the basis of the quality annual HR activities which covers:
- Recruitment & talent acquisition of new and back-filled positions that meets the company’s requirement and position competencies
- People development which includes training, coaching and facilitation of experiential learning
- Performance management and talent management to ensure fair and calibrated performance assessment and effective Succession Planning
- Managing labour suppliers by ensuring they provide the right skilled of outsource
- Remuneration Management – regularly monitor the remuneration market trend, adjust and implement competitive remuneration strategy:
- Be the business partner of the factory and the company in establishing factory remuneration strategy that covers basic pay and fixed and variable benefits that supports the total people strategy
- Annually review the competitiveness of the company’s Salary Structure against market trend
- Establish effective retention program that covers both material and non-material aspects
- HR Services – provides HR services in compliant to the company’s HR policies and the Labour Law:
- Ensuring on time and effective Payroll Management
- Facilitate employment benefits claims
- Ensure updated employee records through proper administration
- Establish and implement employee engagement program
- Industrial Relation – facilitate effective employee relations within the company to ensure healthy industrial relations:
- Conducting Bipartite according to the agreed timeline
- Facilitate conflict resolution to ensure effective Dispute Management
- Establish HR policies in accordance to the Collective Labour Agreement, Company Policy & Code of Conduct as well as the Labour Law
- Partner with the Labour Union to review and renew the Collective Labour Agreement
- General affairs
- Liaison with related Government authorities, Disnaker, Immigrasi, BPJS
- Community Development
- Partner with the factory Safety Officer to provide a safe working environment & establish a safe working culture
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field required.
- Sound understanding of the HR end to end business processes
- At least 5 years of HR Supervisory role or 2 years of HR Management role in Factory environment
- Assertive
- Effective communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Holder a HRBP certification is an advantage
