About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Melakukan proses pelaporan ke Regulator dengan batas waktu, ketepatan data sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku
  • Mendukung pelaksanaan proses pengujian system atas produk dan atau layanan baru yang akan digunakan CMO baik Remittance Operations maupun Corporate Account & eService
  • Melakukan proses analisa Anti-Money Laundering
  • Mendukung pelaksanaan proses operasional layanan e-Service lain yang ditentukan oleh Supervisor atau Manajer atau CMO Head terkait kecukupan sumber daya pelaksana proses operasional layanan e-Service
  • Melakukan ekskalasi pada kesempatan pertama kepada Supervisor atau Manajer atas deviasi yang terjadi dari proses transaksi yang diproses
  • Mematuhi Peraturan yang berlaku pada Bank UOB Indonesia, dan Regulator lainnya
  • Berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam upaya Bank UOB Indonesia dalam Anti-Money Laundring
  • Melaporkan pada kesempatan pertama atas setiap insiden yang terjadi kepada Supervisor atau Manajer

Job Requirements

  • Pendidikan min. Sarjana
  • Memiliki kemampuan bekerja sendiri maupun secara tim
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang perbankan
  • Mampu menggunakan computer (Ms Office), menguasai excel
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi, Jujur, teliti, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab
