Job descriptionIdentify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements (SOP, flow, high-level process)
Partner with cross-functional teams across the business to identify and address improvement opportunities.
Challenge current processes to streamline, simplify and improve end-to-end processes with the goal of increasing productivity.
Perform quality assurance to ensure the process has been implemented properly and to identify potential issues
Min. 2-3+ years of work experience in service quality management, operational risk, or audit in an insurance company
Able to create a knowledge base, working instruction, and SOP.
Good collaborative, analysis, and communication skills
Strong sense of critical thinking, problem-solving, and improvement drivers.
