The Role Responsibilities

To Support Head of CR on the business strategy, analytical data performance and sales data management

Strategy

  • Provide business strategy and analytical data support regarding CR related to revenue and cost (KPI Design, Budget Setup, Implementation & Review)

Business

  • Tracking and monitoring Frontliners performance / productivity on monthly basis
  • Tracking and monitoring Branch performance eg. Daily Fastrack, Weely Sales meeting, Monthly Branch track, Branch card and other MIS reporting/tracker

Governance

  • Ensure that all policies, procedures and practices comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practices and are within Group directions
  • Support operational risk controls, key risk indicators and risk management procedures ; resourcing and day to day management
  • To ensure no adverse ratings in internal audits by Compliance and ensure a minimum of a satisfactory rating in Group Audit
  • Participate in exceptions to be tracked and highlighted, for resolution
  • To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money
  • Laundering Prevention Officers and line Supervisors
  • Ensure MIS Report is validated periodically
  • Promote and enforce consistency in implementation of all policies
  • To ensure adherence to budget-Improved seat utilization / cost effective methods of operation
