Job Descriptions :

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Provide consultancy needed by the clients (e.g., market mapping, talent trends, hiring process, etc)
• Communicate with candidates from all levels to understand their career aspirations (skills and experience, their career goals and suitability for different roles, etc)
• Manage the end to end recruitment activities
• Conduct market research to see the potential commercial opportunity

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor/master degree from reputable university
• Fluent english proficiency is a must
• Experience in recruitment field (either inhouse recruiter or recruitment consultant experience will be a plus) and or business development
• Ambitious and resilience by character
• Thrive in a fast pace environment
