Job Description
Job Descriptions :
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Provide consultancy needed by the clients (e.g., market mapping, talent trends, hiring process, etc)
- Communicate with candidates from all levels to understand their career aspirations (skills and experience, their career goals and suitability for different roles, etc)
- Manage the end to end recruitment activities
- Conduct market research to see the potential commercial opportunity
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor/master degree from reputable university
- Fluent english proficiency is a must
- Experience in recruitment field (either inhouse recruiter or recruitment consultant experience will be a plus) and or business development
- Ambitious and resilience by character
- Thrive in a fast pace environment
