Job description
General Qualification
  • Man / Woman
  • Min age 22 years
  • Min Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Other equivalent education
  • Minimum 1 year experience as IT Desktop Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk
  • Knowledge of hardware and software: Desktop PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Scanners, projectors, and other End User Computing devices
  • Knowledge related to Desktop Operating System: Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac
  • Knowledge of Client Desktop Security: Antivirus and Domain System
  • Knowledge of Networks and computer connections such as: Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/ IP, DHCP, Proxy/Internet

Scope of Work
  • As IT Support and troubleshooting for Software and Hardware devices on Desktop / Notebook PC devices, Client Network, and IT peripheral end user devices other standard computing
  • Configuring and Installing Windows Desktop Operating Systems, checking problems Personal Computer Devices and Parts, personal software troubleshooting Standard Computer (MS Office, Web Browser, Email Application) Escalating problems to the company's internal IT staff related to the problem IT infrastructure such as Server problems, Network Connections, and internal Application problems company
  • Escalating problems related to computer hardware damage to staff / The company's internal IT or to the maintenance vendor / principal of the related device
