Job description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in troubleshooting web technologies (e.g., XML, HTML and HTML5, JavaScript, or Flash).
  • 2 years of experience in databases such as SQL.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa fluently.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Android development.
  • Familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
  • Familiarity with Android development.
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience effectively.
  • Data-driven, and excellent data analysis and decision-making skills.

gTech Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical implementation, optimization, and solutions, gTech Professional Services help customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities. The Publishers team creates and sustains technical relationships with Google's publisher partners by helping them enhance their content, enabling advertisers to reach the users of publishers' web, mobile, and video properties. We are responsible for providing support and insights for publisher partners while incubating new solutions and user support. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be an advertising, technology expert, and serve as a liaison between our publisher partners and Google's Engineering and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions to their problems, troubleshooting their issues, and performing implementation reviews.
  • Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Represent clients’ feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction (both new and ongoing) in terms of technical aspects, by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
