Job Description

Develop the 1-year strategic growth and tactical go-to-market plan for industries within the territory (as part of the yearly Company's budgeting & planning process)

Establish Quarterly Plan based on the product roadmap, opportunity/lead pipeline, target revenue, etc.

Develop team skill and capability in the area of Business Development and High Level Solutioning for the Customer

Collaborates with other functions: Account Management, Integration, Compliance, Legal, Risk, etc. to ensure the achievement of the plan

Conduct the regular cadence for the team to track performance (plan vs actual on revenue, TPV, etc.) and continuous improvement

Achieve positive gross profit for every deal

Continuously optimize/reduce the Business Development cycle lead time

Guarding the end-to-end Business Development process until it is handed over to the Account Management team.

Build long-term relationship with customers
Bachelor’s degree in any major

have worked in fintech or PG companies before

2-5 years experience in handling clients from either Retail, Real Estate, Public Sector/ Government, Communication IT & Market place industries

Good interpersonal skill

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English is a plus point

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

A tech savvy and have a high curiosity on tech

Adaptable, professional and motivated with a strong work ethic
