- Being able to define localised content strategy and establish a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local tastes and preferences.
- Capture the content trend within food/travel Industries and lead the topic directions in short-video format.
- Responsible for the operation of managing food/travel creators by doing intimate communication, in-app campaign and in-app content performance also have a strong ability to do a community operation.
- Establish strategic content partnership with Top Food/Travel Creators, Food/Travel platform, and Food/Travel communities, build the right brand awareness and positioning according to the product strategy in order to drive content growth.
- Work with cross functions to initiate in-app campaigns, including strategy planning and executing the plan, complete with related data analysis.
- Capable of creating impactful food/travel content in short video.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creators/community and content industry, proven experience in collaboration with creators
- Understand the needs of users and good at finding and cultivating KOL/Influencer, a successful case.
- Outstanding skills of communication, good at negotiation, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset.
- Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, be creative and good at brain-storming.
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure.
