We are searching for a passionate HR Generalist who can join our team of Fraud Fighters. The Team is made up of Talent Partners, Sourcers, and HR Generalist, who are on a mission to expand the headcount and ensure the wellbeing of our staff. The team will tackle an ambitious headcount growth challenge in 2022 and will seek to support our organization by scaling the number of staff members mostly in the Hungarian headquarters as well as in our Global offices. Our People & Talent team directly reports into our VP of People, so you will have a chance to work hands on with one of our Executive Team. You will be adding great value to our journey by maximizing the efficiency of the talent team. Join us on our mission to create a fraud free world!
As an awesome People partner you will have to build great relationships with everyone, and help them out on their career journey. On a day-to-day basis you will meet exciting challenges where you can showcase your communication, organizational, and empathetic skills. In our fast paced environment, you will see through different processes from start to finish!
Typical duties include:
Administer and advise on compensation and benefit plans
Manage some talent acquisition and recruitment processes for the local market
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
What You bring:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, bob, bamboo) will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Additional HR training will be a plus
Driven by results and execution focused with hands-on “Can do” attitude and a methodical approach even when working under pressure.
