About the role

You will reporting to the F&B Supervisor, you will be a professional team member in the Food & Beverage Department, providing the highest level of service, which is unique and personal, and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance, consistently.

You will greet guests and assist them fully, serving food and beverage to the highest of standards. You will accommodate all guest requests in a timely fashion and actively seek opportunities to build rapport with guests in order to create a memorable experience, by anticipating individual needs, exceeding expectations and following company standards at all times.

  • Demonstrate high levels of service and prompt, efficient and polite responses to all requests
  • Familiarise yourself with restaurant products and services including full knowledge of menus, wine lists and other beverages
  • Encourage feedback from our guests, to update and maintain guest history records, enabling us to anticipate the needs of our guests
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of the local area and continually update knowledge of the latest trends
  • Be pro-active in your approach to the job and work within the specific standards and procedures. (e.g. introduce yourself to guests, use their name and interact on a personalised basis)
