Get to know the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing executive for GrabExpress, Grab’s very own logistic business to support the marketing team in making sure that all the ideas come to life. You will be fully responsible for designing and delivering GrabExpress integrated marketing campaigns across all available channels, also to ensure a seamless execution process with multiple stakeholders. We believe a successful candidate has to own a good project/time management skill, have an eye for details and also good interpersonal/people skills. The Day-to-Day Activities:
You will support and manage the development marketing campaigns/initiatives, to achieve the desired business and brand objectives ; Mostly growing users and maintain loyalty
You collaborate with multiple supporting marketing functions and teams (Creative, Paid Media, Social Media, Own Media, Event, PR, etc.)
You will lead APP marketing activities related, but not limited to GrabExpress new services & features
Support and assist in creating weekly and monthly report of business performance and campaign evaluation, also provide recommendation for next actions to Marketing Lead
Responsible to provide category and competitive analysis on a regular basis to help the team understand better the current business environment
Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field such as Marketing/Communications
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and G-Suite and other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
Good in data analysis + Great attention to details
Experience in coordinating multiple project at the same time
Good sense on creative art direction and copywriting experience will be a plus
Good in written and spoken English
