Job description

To assist the Learning and Development Manager in organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all training activities in the hotel. Maintains the department records and database, and serves to provide the clerical and file-keeping needs of the department. To design and credited programs with the local Consultants / Governments.

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Diploma Holder or Higher in Tourism College or Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Science or Human Resource Management
Minimum 03 (three) years in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel or in similar nature of industry (i.e. service hospitality industry or training consultant)
Hotel operational background or quality improvement related function is preferable
Demonstrate high motivation to learn, good interpersonal skill and communication skill with physically fit and presentable
Self-starter by demonstrating creativity, flexibility and innovation, complimented with attention to details
Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills
Demonstrable experience as a trainer
Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition
Able to work extended hours when required
