Locations: Indonesia

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all type maintenance work related to Steam/Gas Turbine

• Responsible for maintenance activity related to rotating equipment for Steam/Gas units (BOP)

• Responsible for all maintenance activity for all machine on other plants similar the above equipment

• Responsible for preparing all necessary tools & equipment related his work

• Coordinate and support sales team technically for his area

• Planning to improve his team efficiency

• Coordinate with other department for making the project execution easy and smooth

• Cooperate with project manager to achieve the tasks successfully

• Working hard to improve the company performance

• Respect the company policy

• Follow up the HSE policy.

• Ensures and improves the customer satisfaction

• Ensure the work always matching with schedule.

• Ensure the work on site going on according to company and customer HSE policy

• Controlling and supervising all technical team under his responsibility

Authority:

1. To reprimand his subordinates in the event of unsafe actions at work

2. Conduct HSE inspections in the work area

Qualifications:

• Education : D3/S1 Mechanical engineering

• Experience : D3/S1 min 10 years

• Skills & Knowledge:

o Steam and/or Gas Turbine for Power Generation and Industrial application o Technical reporting o Good English proficiency o Familiar with MS Office o Good Team work

o Leadership o Problem solving o Training Awareness ISO 9001
