Job Description Summary Our Business Excellence Manager is expected to work closely with the Country Lead and the SEA Commercial Excellence Lead in driving commercial excellence through the implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximise profitability. The success of this role will rely largely on translating the commercial excellence strategy set by the Commercial Excellence Lead into implementable actions at a country level.   • Lead and develop commercial excellence principles for the country
  • Project manage and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Develop and drive implementation of sales force effectiveness tools (e.g. SalesForce) and relevant processes (including providing inputs towards the development of relevant training)
  • Ensure traction in-country among field personnel
  • Commercial excellence principles and strategies are clearly defined and easily understood by key stakeholders
  • Timely development of initiatives aligned with overall organizational strategy
  • Effective usage of sales force effectiveness tools
  • Successful attainment of commercial-specific KPIs (increase in sales margin and increase in market shares)
2.Customer Segmentation
  • Drive CRM customer segmentation strategy and analysis
  • Implement market coverage models to include call planning and territory alignment
  • Analyze sales force resource allocation to maximize resources
  • Clearly defined customer segmentation strategies
  • Clearly defined market coverage models
  • Effectively managed sales resources
  • Provision of accurate and timely sales and demand forecast
3. Reporting Oversight
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management. This includes and is not limited to critical KPIs for Sales growth, effectiveness of resource allocation and Sales force execution
  • Provision of accurate and timely performance reports to Senior Management on a certain frequent basis
Preferred Experience and Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and knowledge of the clinical and life sciences markets and a demonstrated ability to lead, grow and develop diverse teams.
  • Degree in Business / Healthcare is required
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing would be an asset
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence roles and managing teams
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data and information into meaningful business insights

  • Self-driven, seeks continuous improvement and proactively thinks ahead
  • Excellent command of <local language> and English (i.e., written and spoken)
