About the Role Strap on your helmet and climb on board if you're ready to take on the role of Driver Communication & Engagement! As part of our Driver Communication team, you’ll take charge to develop meaningful activities and campaigns for our driver-partners through intuitive communication materials. Your efforts will ensure that we deliver the best communications and overall experience to our driver-partners, boosting Gojek’s standings as the most trusted partner for them. This role also exposes you on the analytical side of comms to ensure that information that we distribute to drivers are accepted, processed and understood, your effort will allow continuous improvement which will lead to effectiveness increase on any campaign, program or initiatives. As the best implemented program is as good as how it is understood by the recipients.

What You Will Do

  • Develop campaign strategies and translate them into actionable steps with key focus on driver-partners engagement
  • Manage and prioritize campaigns based on urgency, objective, and impact
  • Collaborate with graphic designers (counterpart within the Driver Communications team) to develop communication materials for all related activities
  • Work closely with other Driver Core teams as well as Region and Tech teams to ensure alignment of key narratives
  • Conduct research (FGDs, etc.) with our driver-partners to understand & gather direct feedback of our communications material
  • Provide recommendations and develop actionable strategies on how to improve quantifiable communication performance through data analysis and research, particularly on quantified metrics such as Click By Target (CBT)

What You Will Need

  • At least 4 years of experience in a marketing/analytics-related role
  • High attention to detail to convey accurate messages among various communication materials
  • Strong communication and time management skills with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders both independently and within a team
  • Manage strategic projects in collaboration with relevant internal teams, our driver-partners, and external stakeholders
About the Team The Driver Communication team comprises 6 members based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As part of the Driver Experience team, which by itself becomes part of the larger Driver Core department, we are the go-to team for anything related to driver-partners due to our vast knowledge, data, and close interaction with them. As the team who develop all communication outputs for our driver-partners, we are the gate-keepers for all initiatives and projects rolled out by the Driver Core department. We are the ones who decide how to convey each message so our driver-partners can receive it simply and effectively. Since ultimately what we do is for the benefit of our driver-partners, we highly value their feedback and routinely engage with them to understand what they want to see & how they want to see it. Aside from work, we also like to have fun, interact with each other, and share hobbies. When COVID subsides, our team looks forward to continuing our monthly catch-up gatherings in person. For us nothing can reduce the importance of face to face interaction with team members. We hope to see you here!
