About the Department

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for E2E process improvement management involving :
  • Ensure straight through credit proposal process from document collection up to fund disbursement with embedded signature services
  • Reduce any backlog and stopper for proposal process through proper monitoring, sentback handlings and coordination with respective team
  • Provide necessary support for sales productivity uplift on submission, approvals and signing.
  • Provide necessary judgement or expertise in terms of CUE/ G2 underwriting enhancement
  • Ensure achievement of process improvement levers:
  • Responsible for planning and execution of Process Improvement initiatives :
  • Credit Service Guarantee
  • FAST Tool improvement
  • New Anti-Attrition & green lane scheme to expedite Credit response
  • BPL revamp & process enhancement
  • Post disbursement review include pricing & approval matrix, legal counsel process etc.
  • Inclusion on non-conservative approach of E2E process re-engineering i.e. using technology, AI, digital bank
  • Responsible for BCAS system maintenance, user familiarity and proposed system changes
  • Manage day to day BCAS queries/ error report, ensure resolution within 1x24 hour SLA with aim to reduced max daily calls
  • Maintain low number of unsolved error (need IT resolution) and provide workaround for Sales Team
  • Coordinate, prepare test script and execute testing for BCAS quarterly changes (QR) and project changes
  • Maintain all compliant of system administrative i.e. access matrix, user request, audits

Job Requirements

  • Min 5 years experiences in banking industry, especially in Process Improvement
  • Have a depth analytics and strategic thinking
  • Decent understanding on system
  • Aim for continuous improvement across managed areas
