Job description

Job Descriptions:
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow existing merchant customer base
  • To monitor campaigns against KPI's, be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks to increase sales
  • Sound leadership skills covering collaboration, negotiation, influencing to work across departments and with external parties
  • Complete accurate, objective, and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct reports in timely manner
  • Create and present the sales, revenue, and expenses report and realistic forecasts per city to Tokopedia's Management Team

Job Requirements:
  • Min 3-5 years in sales area experience from Telco, FMCG, or e-Commerce Industries
  • Has background in expansion new store/distributor will be good
  • Should have experience to handle the area coverage and based in Lampung, Medan, Pekanbaru, or Palembang
  • Good leadership and communication skill is a must
