Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement sales strategies. Drive productivity and sales revenue of the sales team and individual sales targets (short term and mid-term plan).
- Develop and execute effective sales strategy for assigned market to achieve sales growth objectives
- Manage channels to ensure effective coverage of assigned industry and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide updates on sales funnel, forecasts and account status/activity as required
- Build relationships and communicate effectively within and across all functional teams to stay up to date on projects, ensure understanding of offerings, and understand potential sales opportunities
- Provide feedback to Product Management teams regarding competition, product and/or market needs
- Support in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities as needed
- Maintain customers contact database for transparency and consistency
- Maintain sound technical/application knowledge of all SICK products relevant to assigned industry to develop trust and confidence of customer base
- Manage and develop key account as needed
- Alignment with corporate Industry Management strategy and initiatives for assigned industry
- Collaborate with internal marketing, technical leads, engineering and service departments.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8-10 year of sales experience in the factory and logistic automation industry is a must
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Possess valid driving license and own vehicle will be an advantage
- Customer-driven and results-oriented
- Aggressive, persistent, proactive and demonstrate ability to lead
- Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
- Experience in I4.0/IIOT sales process will be an advantage
