About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve target for TMRW video verification and live chat
  • Perform monitoring and coaching to improve team’s performance
  • Prepare schedule and forecasting
  • Manage outbound call monitoring and performance
  • Oversee and evaluate Chatbot review
  • Monitor request and complaint, including escalation to business
  • Assist in handling workload to maintain service to customer to reach SLA
  • Coordinate with training and QA for quality improvement

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate
  • At least 1 year experience in Banking industry / Contact Centre (preferable)
  • Good communication skills in English (oral & written) and service oriented
