Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Assisting the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • High School Diploma or associate's degree.
  • A highly detail-oriented person
  • Have strong administration skills.
  • Experienced in related fields.
  • Good interpersonal character.
  • Have a legit driving license and able to mobilise on its own.
  • Good communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bali domicile

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Badung: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving license (Preferred)
