Job description

· Develop and execute the vision and strategy to achieve business targets through customer-focused and data-driven marketing campaigns across all performance channels, including search, display, social, video, sponsored content, affiliate, and others

· Set and administer an annual marketing budget

· Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions

· Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

· Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence

· Manage and measure marketing campaign costs

· Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs

· Conduct market research studies

· Engage & negotiate with media/ads agencies and secure agreements on the production of campaign/promotional materials

· Design and execute a comprehensive, blockchain-specific marketing plan to launch our products globally (Exchange token, NFT, Game, DeFi, Digital Banking, etc)

· Manage PR and Communications with the media and community in Indonesia

· Develop brand strategy, positioning, and messaging strategy across channels to drive market awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty

· Identify value proposition, product positioning, and key messages, write creative briefs to ensure we produce best in class creative, which is consistent across all channels and resonates with consumers

· Build and deploy grassroots marketing programs to drive creators and players to our service

· Work with Community Management and Creator Relations to create and manage global events to drive new audience and increase engagement across the platform

· Drive and optimize our SEO strategy to reach the most relevant audience at the best time to grow our audience

· Analyse the performance of all marketing programs (including ads spend) to identify the best opportunities for optimization, and regularly iterate to maximize performance

· Work with finance to plan and maintain marketing & advertising budget that prioritizes low-spend/high-impact campaigns

Qualification:

· Strong passion and belief for Crypto Space

· 4+ years of Marketing experience, ideally in to- peer to peer technology, user acquisition marketing and Crypto

· Strategic marketing perspective and conceptualist

· Ability to plan, design, execute and track integrated marketing campaigns (paid, organic, post-registration) and can show a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

· Solid understanding of and ability to run test and optimize campaigns.

· Strong narrative skills in copywriting

· Ability to own and strategize content-publishing plans that reinforces our brand voice in a unique, powerful, and consistent manner.

Ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
