Job descriptionResponsible for the management of company documents, especially those related to cooperation agreements and legal contracts.
Manage company legal documents and all company licensing administration
Updating the latest developments related to legal such as laws and regulations
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
Handle petty cash and report.
Handle Finance, Account Payable, and Account Receivable task.
Handling BPJS-TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and Health insurance
Understanding for Tax Pph 21, Pph 23, Pph 4 (2), Pph 25/29, PPN and it's systems.
Get involved in payroll preparation every month by providing relevant data
Update employee attendance report (annual leave, business trip, sick leaves, etc)
Prepare Project handover report (BAST & BAUT) and project-related documents
Handle Asset report
Prepare outstanding projects AR report
Handle purchasing office stationeries and other equipment’s
Get involved in monitor office and equipment’s repair & services
Monitor employees contract date and prepare contract extension
Handle onboarding for new employee
Handle administration related to employee resignation
Get involved to virtual office and Office management to pick up all incoming documents and other stuff
Handle documents and stuff shipping
Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Min 2 years of experience in related field
Experienced in using Accounting software, such as Accurate
Able to calculate employee salary, tax PPH21, BPJS and others related with compensation and benefit
Good in MS Excel (formula, function i.e Lookup, etc) to fast check and compare data
