About Our Client
Our client is a fast paced growing Fin Tech venture, currently looking for a highly motivated talent as their Head of Corporate Finance and Strategy who can contribute to the company growth.
Job Description
- Mastery of complex financial and cash flow modeling and analysis
- Analysing and leading in new strategic initiative ( this encompasses merger and acquisition, fund raising, networking with potential investors, and assess company growth plan through public & private market).
- Creating forecast model and budget to determine asset allocation and monitor the performance of the company.
- Preparing presentation and building connection to potential investor and partners.
- Spearheading fundraising initiatives by connecting with international investors.
- Identify additional opportunities that have tangible, intangible and direct benefits to the company.
- Coordinate and execute MVP pilot and rollout strategies from formulation to execution.
- Syndicate, and incorporate feedbacks and get stakeholder alignment to the strategy recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in relevant field from a reputable university.
- A CPA or CFA holder is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience coming from a Consulting background.
- Strong negotiating skills and presence in the field of investment.
- Strong strategic thinking and reasoning skills
- High proficiency in English
- International experience and exposure is an advantage.
- a combined working experience from consulting and tech industries will be ideal.
