- Experienced in managing Customer Service as Lead/Manager/SPV min. 2 years.
- Proficiency in using Customer Service Ticketing Software.
- Love to provide an excellent service to the customers in a good way.
- Have a good attention to detail.
- Creative, communicative, responsible and self-motivated.
- Excellent in analyzing data and skillful in Microsoft Excel.
- A good leader in managing his/her team.
- Highly productive and a natural problem solver.
